Lagermetall AB:s name and image, shall in terms of our products and services, always be connected with service and quality.
We shall always be aiming to keep the highest degree of service towards all our clients. Big clients as well as small....
We at Lagermetall AB are following, internally as well as externally, the essence and rules and guidelines given by ISO 9001:2000.
Basic demand on our suppliers is a guarantee of full traceability on all items purchased by Lagermetall, as well as, by us inspected quality-system identical to or similar to ISO 9000.
We have since many years back a written "Supply and purchase policy", where our demands on our suppliers/partners are put in writing in their own language. These demands are accepted by all of our suppliers/partners, and is also a "must" on our behalf. A condition on our behalf - and a guarantee for our clients.
Lagermetall AB is, and shall always be, working very closely, with clients as well as our partners (suppliers).
Traceability on material (since 1993-)
Together with our suppliers/partners we have worked out the "Mtrl/ID-no. and Lot-no.-principle".
That is an identification-system, where we at Lagermetall physically print an identification-number on all stocked items. This identification number is either identical to charge/Lot-no. or in some way unique and fully identical.
If necessary, up till over a year later, a cast protocol/analysis can/shall be found, by giving the idenfication-number. We also take regular controls (random tests) to check that this system maintains its high quality, through an external quality control company.
The Mtrl/ID- or Lot-number is written physically on material or box and on delivery-notes and invoices.
Through this system we can offer our clients safety together with Lagermetall AB.
LM:s view on fast and reliable deliveries
The most important factor for our clients and therefore also for us. LM is delivering ca. 95 % of the daily orders the same day as receiving the order. Those clients who request a certain delivery-week is of course being served after their request. Our clients satisfaction are our only guarantee for the future.
