Environmental policy

Lagermetall AB
"A good and healthy environment, the outer- as well as the inner environment, should always be a natural and important part of this company. Lagermetall AB aim to always have a good inner working environment for the people we employ and also to have as little negative effect on the outer environment, the nature, as possible.

Lagermetall AB should always follow the environmental legislation and other regulations which are applicable for our company. We shall however, always, also aim for continous improvements in our quality work. Improvement that may go further than the regulations and legislation demands if it is possible and/or wise, to do so.

Within a reasonable range and limit, we shall aim to influence and/or demand environmental awareness and engagement from our existing suppliers and co-operational partners. This aim will guide us in the choice of new suppliers and co-operational partners.

Our environmental work shall constantly be followed up and examined by internal revision, external revision and seek to develop through an active search for new knowledges, techniques and new materials.

Environmental goals
In order to reach and support our environmental policy, we have set the following targets;
We shall.

• always take the environmental aspects in considderation in all new acquisitions of equipment necessary for our business
• always take the environmental aspects in considderation in choosing new suppliers and and co-operational
  partners.
• encourage and involve all persons connected to LM to support and follow our environmental goals and also
  find the tools to control that so is being done.
• seek to minimize the use and/or find better solutions in our use of consumption material needed in our
  business, and achieve constant improvements in the handling of garbage and scrapped material.
• always take responsability for and see to it that LM is a pleasant place to work and be employed at.
• work towards a reduction in the use of energy, and where it is possible, switch over to more environmental improved energy.
