Our plans regarding the future
We try to work in an active way, looking for and pushing for, new environmentally improved bronzes and brasses, and other products within our field of business. When and if they are found, these new bronzes and brasses are launched under the group-name ”The New Alloys”.

Today ”The New Alloys” consists of e.g. the new casting method called Sprayforming, with several environmentally improved solutions to some of todays less “popular” alloys.
We have, as one of the pioneers in Europe, also chosen to push for leadfree bronzes and brasses that can replace some of the most common copperalloys used in waterfittings, faucets, bearings and hundreds of other areas. Alloys that, when melted as ingots, also offers a healthier and purer working climate for foundrymen in Europe. When turned or milled from a tube or a bar, they offer the operator a leadfree environment.

These alloys (today 17 of them) goes under the name Federalloyâ Alloys. For our work with these alloys, we have received an important Swedish environmental award. This award can be seen under the icon ”Environmental Award To LM”…If you want to read about Federalloy Alloys or Sprayforming you will find them under the icon “Cast bronze”.
